To our clients,

For the safety of our staff during this time we have made the difficult decision to restrict our appointments to curbside care at this time. This decision does not come easy as we understand the importance of a one-on-one relationship with you for your pet.

Rest assured we are taking extra care to minimize stress and make sure your pet is even more comfortable during their visit with us.

What to Expect During Your Curbside Appointment:

  • While consultations typically take an hour from the time we speak to you about your pet until we finalize your visit, at times there are delays. We take your time seriously, especially while waiting in your vehicle, and will keep you apprised should a delay occur. During your visit, please do not hesitate to keep our Patient Care Coordinators informed of any needs you may have to ensure we can support you as much as possible while we care for patients who at times are in critical condition and require our attention.
  • Upon your arrival, we ask that you text our hospital at (480) 819-8630. Please include your pet’s name when texting to notify us of your arrival.
  • To assist our specialist, one of our technicians will call and speak with you by phone to obtain your pet’s history and discuss any concerns you may have for your appointment.
  • We will use one of our leashes, or your pet carrier, to bring your pet into the building. We ask that cats arrive in carriers for their safety.
  • After your pet has been examined, our specialist will call you to discuss their findings, recommendations, and estimated treatment plan. Together, you will develop a plan that benefits your pet, but works with your lifestyle.
  • At the end of the appointment, a staff member will call you to coordinate meeting us near our entrance for payment and to bring your pet back to you.
  • To learn more about your visit with our specialists, please visit our What to Expect page.

In addition, we ask that you help with the following:

  • If you are ill or experiencing symptoms of Covid (fever, cough, or other flu-like symptoms) and have an upcoming appointment, we kindly ask that you call us to reschedule.
  • If you have been exposed to Covid in the last 7 days and have an upcoming appointment, we kindly ask that you call us discuss further.
  • If your pet requires urgent care or has a medical emergency, and you are ill, please arrange for a healthy family member or friend to bring your pet to the appointment. Please make yourself available by phone during the scheduled appointment time and our doctors will be happy to call you to discuss your concerns, as well as their findings and recommendations.
  • Masks are required when speaking with our staff in person, whether in your vehicle or when bringing your pet near our entrance.
  • Please ensure your pet remains in your vehicle or is leashed /in a pet carrier if outside. Our HOA requires your pet to be leashed or in a carrier for the safety of people and our neighboring businesses. Your compliance is expected.
